my clutch pedal has no pressure

out of nowhere my clutch pedal lost all pressure. can anyone inform me whats going on i just had a clutch put in a couple months ago and the car has been sitting for about 2 months. once i turn the car on i cant access any gears

Check the reservoir for the hydraulic fluid for the clutch in your Cobalt. If the level is low, there is a leak that will need to be repaired and serviced. If so the shop that did the clutch work missed a problem!
