Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a whole setup...window regulator/motor all attached to the inner
panel...problem is they got me a two pin motor and I need a six pin. I have a
six pin but I'm worried if I take out the motor that is connected to the
regulator that is all, perfect and taught, that everything will come loose and it
will be ruined yet again. This 20 min project has taken me a week...help!!

I'd like to clarify some more... My situation is this: My window broke while traveling. I had a mechanic look at it and he said I needed a new window motor & regulator. So I bought them but the first regulator that was purchased from a used parts dealer was broken. So he took it back and ordered me the whole inner panel with the motor and regulator already attached...all I needed to do was to remove my old panel and install this one, then attach the wires to the speakers, the motor etc. However, the motor that came attached to the panel I just picked up today (with regulator installed to it as well) is the wrong motor. I need a 6pin motor and the one attached is a 2 pin motor. I'm concerned about removing the 2 pin motor to install the 6 pin motor. The reason for my concern is the motor fits into the mechanism in the regulator that feeds the cables to,the regulator. I'm afraid by removing the motor it will disrupt the cable mechanism .below is a pic of the mechanism im referring to...

I have the 6pin motor. My question is can I take it out without the wheel mechanism on he regulator coming apart and loosening the cables...the regulator is already attached to the backside of the inner door panel and the motor is attached to the front side of the inner door panel which means the motor and regulator are fitted together.

My problem is the passenger door up front...replaced the motor. Tested it, multiple times; put the door panel, back on...and got inside, pretending to be the passenger =worked fine!!!! Picked up all my tools... put them away...it was startin to get a little damp outside; so i thought I'd hop on in and roll them up., Damm thing wouldn't move!!!!
