I'm having issues keeping my car running.

Asked by Nate Jun 01, 2020 at 10:25 PM about the 2007 Pontiac G6 Base

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It will sit and idle for a little bit but when I go and drive it I can make it about a
mile for before it will sometime shake and then stall or just shut off. Usually I
can start it right back up but there are times where I do have to wait because it
will just sit and keep cranking but it won't actually turn over.

Are there any lights lit up on the instrument cluster? Check engine light? If so, scan for the fault codes to help you find the issue. It could be many things.
