Engine fan continues to run after car is stopped and turned off. Even after 5 -10 mins. I have come back and the fan is still running.

Hi woodshoppe! The engine fans are set to run at differing speeds based on the coolant and oil temperatures and they are designed to work up to a maximum of 30 minutes after the car is stopped if needed. What you are describing seems to be within the normal range of operation. Hope that helps, good luck!

The cooling fans you're describing are regulated by the temperature of the radiator. Turning the car off has no affect on these fans. This is perfectly normal and will happen more often after heavy driving or in the hotter months of the year (depending on your location).
