2007 Honda Pilot Timing Belt

Have 196,000 miles Have changed belt once.  Do i need to do it again

Bob's right. You have an "interference engine" which will suffer severe damage if an aging timing belt were to fail. I don't know when you last changed the belt, but 100,000 mile intervals seems to be the accepted norm.
