CAN YOU USE A LOCKING GAS FILLER CAPS

I just got a two owner 2007 TRD Package Tacoma . Can you use a locking cap on theses truck?

You should be able to. Buy one and test it before leaving the parking lot.

Yes. The system will still work correctly as long as you put the cap on completely so the fuel system can pressurize.

I bought and placed a locking cap on my 2005 Tundra. Like another person has said, "make sure you lock and turn it to pressurize the fuel system. Not one bit of problem with my locking cap.
