Could there be an object preventing it from adjusting or situated in the seat without the seatbelt secured?

I don't have anything in the seat - the seatbelt is not being used - I'm in the car alone. The only seat it's referring to I'm assuming is the passenger seat. I did move it back and forth and there is nothing blocking it from moving.

Do you have any suggestions of what I can do to fix this problem? Also, the airbag symbol is also lighting up when this message comes on.
