Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Tail lights come on, right rear brake light and turn signal don't? Turn signals don't work, but solid light comes on in instrument panel.. Bulbs on both sides were replaced. Any ideas?

Thanks..

Yes. Rear tail light, brake and turn signal are the same bulb. Question if the socket is bad, would the tail light come on? Don't know what a hot wire or broken ground are.....very little repair experience....but same question, if it is either or both.....would the tail light still come on? Thanks.

Thank you. On the way home, the Twilight Sensor for the lights went out I guess....as everything wne t out except the headlamps.....which will not go off....Car was turned off...was able to regain the lights e.g. dash, tail, brake..and signal (but they don't flicker)...by turning the Twilight Sensor off..but the headlamps won't go off. I had to disconnect the battery to turn them off. In light of this new issue....any idea? Thanks again..
