Truck floods when starting

91 gmc sierra 5.7l tbi floods when starting and has
to be floored in order to start

25 years later, it might need some repairs- maybe a new throttle body?

First check the fuel pressure, should be 9 to 13 lbs, and over 13 lbs when dead head checking. It may be the TBI needs to be rebuilt, fuel regulators go weak, injectors malfunction.
