94 chevy Silverado transmission shift problems

I bought a 94 chevy Silverado 4x4 single cab transmission
won't shift to fourth gear. 1,2,3 are ok but no 4th?

1994 4×4 Chevy Silverado its has like a late shift with high rpms only happens when open it up
