Replace air filter and clean throttle body.
So you put in a new mass air flow sensor and it's the coat is still reading you have a bad mass air flow sensor? If that is the case maybe start checking your Cadillac converter. The other question is is when you're driving does it stall only when you're putting your foot hard to the floor or up the hill etc etc. I am having the same exact issues with my car they cleaned my mass airflow sensor after it would not go more than 35 miles an hour in a check engine light was blinking and shaking horribly once they clean the MAF sensor it's ran 99% good but it's starting to do it a little bit now so I'm going to get a brand new mass air flow sensor but the other issue it only could be one of two things if you're describing what I think you're describing the mass airflow sensor which obviously either you have a bad one or it's not that and it's the catalytic converter
Sorry I didn't realize this was three years ago on this post so what did you ever find out? Let me know if you got it started if you remember what it was and it was three years ago but it would help me with my situation now have a good day Merry Christmas
