I have a 2000 buick lesabre and the drivers window won't roll up. When I push the window button up, the motor is making a sound but the window doesn't go up.

Is the window off the track or has the motor gone bad?

If you hear the motor, the window is likely off the track. Take the door apart and it will be obvious.
