I had a customer whose water pump had a very small leak and it would leak onto the crank sensor. Guess what. Start, drive about 15 mins. die. Lol. heck of a time finding the problem.

Check that problem. Also, check the fuel pressure regulator, they go occasionally.

I have a 95 Buick LeSabre limited it would start I would drive down the freeway and all of the sudden it would shut off turned out it was the Throttle Position Sensor was going bad it was not letting the proper voltage be sent back to the PCM I replaced the TPS sensor and haven't had any more problems.....
