For some reason I have follow the pipe from the beginning to where the Upstream O2 sensor is all the way down underneath the car all the way to the back of the tip and cannot find Downstream O2 sensor.. either I'm blind LOL but cannot find it

Then it is not there. You would see some wires running to it. If you do not see any wires running to the exhaust pipe, then you only have the one O2.

Okay thank you but is weird cuz I went to Advanced Auto and tell me that I have an upstream and downstream O2 sensor but like I said I just installed my starter and was looking for the O2 sensor follow the pipe did not find no wires sticking out or hanging next to the Catalytic converter

The downstream 02 is after the catalytic converter. You would see it if it was there. I don't see how one could miss it.

Okay thank you I followed the pipe from where the O2 sensor is located at where the spark plug wires is all the way down underneath the vehicle did not bump into a Catalytic converter or O2 sensor all I see is a straight pipe to the belly of the muffler at the end but thanks for your help
