blower fan not operating at full speed goes up and down

Blower for heater does not run at full speed  fan control seems to work for different speeds
resistor pack or motor?

It's my understanding ... if you hear rattling around it is your motor.. if it is blowing with not extra noise... try the resistor first... i have the same problem with mine as I am typing this and waiting for the new resistor to get here so I can change it out. I also have a 97 not a 07 but I would assume it would basically be the same

SAME PROBLEM WITH A 2010 SEBRING, WILL A PLUGGED CABIN FILTER CUT THE POWER TO THE FAN ON HIGH SPEED, I HAVE CHANGED THE RESISTOR, THIS DIDNT HELP. IVAN
