car wont start all the lights in the car come on but car wont start

Key wont come out of the ignition and the battery died the key came out charged the battery all the lights come on but car wont start

y'see they pile all the Ground connections onto a single place....that ground bolt connection to frame....other automakers have a split 1/0 cable that goes to the chassis (fuel pump and ignition) and the other cable to the motor block...most sensible as the 300 amp or more requirement will "weld" the location....creating corroded dis-similar metals~ so even with a NEW battery the power cannot get thru....follow me?~
