What is the Difference in a GM 5.3l 325 and a 5.3l 323?

I have to replace a coil on my wife's 01 Yukon 5.3l.  Looking online it shows the
coils are different?  But the local parts house only shows one for both.  Any
ideas?

Both show square coils. One says first design the other says second design. Not sure of differences. I know mine takes first design. Because I've replaced them before. Just want to know the reason they would show to sizes in the 5.3. Could it be one is a truck engine and one a car?
