hazzards blink but not turn signals don't haow to fix this problem

In the diagram, you can see turn fuse and turn flasher, check those. The turn fuse goes hot with key on, so use a test lite and check for voltage. If turn voltage to turn switch, ok, I suspect the turn signal switch.
