2007 CLK 350 with COMMAND - CD Changer not working

I just bought a 2007 CLK 350 Cabriolet.  Beautiful car, but I am having trouble getting
the CD Changer to work.  This car has NAV, so the single CD slot is behind the center
display screen, and the CD Changer is in the glove box.  I turned on the car and
selected the AUDIO display, but I encountered two problems / questions: 1) CD
Changer does not appear on AUDIO screen.  The only soft buttons that appear are
RADIO and CD.  2)  The Cd Changer EJECT button does not work - the magazine will
not eject.  
The Owner's Manual doesn't address this - it simply refers to separate operating
instructions for the COMMAND System, but I don't know where to find them.   Any
suggestions?  Thanks!

it sounds link the cd changer has no power since it wont eject the cartridge. I would see if there is a seperate fuse for it or if the power/command cable is connected.

Hi Michael: Good advice. I pulled and replaced the fuse (it is #20 in the trunk fuse box) and the control panel now recognizes the CD Changer and says: DRIVE ERROR. I am guessing that I need to have the CD Changer pulled and repaired?
