how can I tell what's wrong with my rear tire

It makes a load popping noise when driving and a noise like something
is loose like the tire is going to fall off. And with it park u can take your
hand and  move the tire back and forth not even jacked up.

get that arm serviced immediately before it falls off. something is loose and ready to give out.

look at the tread for uneven wear and cupping on the tread.if you can shake the wheel, then the suspension parts are too worn and must be replaced.
