Brown foam in oil

The car overheated i
changed the thermostat
and water pump and it
still overheated and
when checked the oil
there was Brown foam
on the dipstick is the
engine blown

I have a Jetta Volkswagen stick shift ,I went over a speed bump it was high I went over my car hit so hard my gears won't shift tell me what it gone wrong.

Blown head gasket? Warped head? I know there is no quick fix for MY warped head lol
