If you are on a computer and viewing CarGurus.com you should see a blue circle with a question mark on the bottom right. Click on this and type in email and hit enter. It will show up a bunch of FAQ pages and on the bottom right it will say "send a message". Click send a message and send it to the CarGurus team directly so they can look into this for you.
