I have an 04 Park Ave and the right turn signals stay lit with or without car running...replaced the swtich assembly and did NOT fix the issue...PLEASE HELP

Its shorted to power something got pinched. With the key off start pulling fuses until the lights go off. As soon as they go off you know its that fuse that got pinched. Could also possibly be the flasher or hazard switch.
