Brake lights fuses, both lights are out replacing the fuse

I would disagree. Do you want to know the location of the fuse? "your question reads both lights out replacing the fuse" sounds to me like you are stating you are replacing the fuse.

Yes i'm checking first to make sure its the fuses, if not then I will check the other items like bulbs and etc

fuse 14,23,59,60 are for rear lights in the fuse box under the dash. doesn't specify which are which.

the fuses go to this box not directly to any lights.
