I'm looking to replace my current tires on my truck with some dependable on/off road tires that aren't too expensive. Any help out there?

I put a set of 4 Firestone Destination AT's on my Nismo Crew cab - nice ride and much quieter than the noisey BFG Rugged Trails it came with - $109 each from Tirerack.com last Feb.
Price isn't everything, are you going to get it dirty, or is only for street? This will be your main issue when choosing.
try nitto terra grapplers, or cooper discoverer A/Ts. also BF goodwrench makes good all terrains.
I just put on four Motormaster winter tires on my Nismo Frontier today. I put on P265-70R-16. This is the tire size that was on my 2005 truck when I purchased it three months ago. First impression was the softness of the drive and easier steering. I had on BF Goodrich of road 5ply tires and found these to rough. I suggest that you go on the C.tire site and reas some reviews. They convinced me to buy Motormaster. I realize that they are not a top of the line tire but really what I was looking for. A decent winter tire for a good price.
