Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is thermostat for the climate control system
or it needs engine rebuilt?

You need to take it to a Mazda dealership to have the compression tested. Odds are that your apex seals are worn out and cannot create enough compression to start the engine while its warm. This is a common issue with the RX8's rotary engine and unfortunately Mazda is the only place with the equipment to test it.
