there any to adjustable this

You can adjust it with the adjusters , something may be broken with that much deviation , unless you're hunting racoons

It sounds as though your right front fender has been damaged. Take it to pretty much any shop and ask for "an estimate" to repair. They will tell you of any broken / damaged parts. Regards
