a/c only blows through the defrost not the vents. what is the cause and how can it be fixed

check next to drier bottle, there is a little 3 outlet valve, the tiny hoses that connect to this valve may have cracked, therefore cannot supply force to open inner vents underneath dashboard. a simple fix that will costs you only to purchase the tiny air or fule hoses at any local parts tore
