i upgraded my transmission to hyperformance do i need to upgrade the oil pump too?

the transmission will not drive in D gear.

the oil pump? engine oil pump? hell no, your not even moving yet. if it worked before, you installed something wrong or left something out like a checkball or something.the real issues with this trans is the pressure solonoids two, on valve body side under pan. oil pump on trans will work fine ,the kit installed just slams the shift quicker . restricting accumulator cushion
