did you check the acual brake light switch attached to the brake petal? i have a 2001 ram 1500 and mine fell out but simple to put back in it's slot

My stop light don't work put in a new brake switch on and nothing yet

There is a white long oval bar attached to your actual rear lights..., I replaced them an all lights work now. I had no brake lights. It took about 10 mins! Sorry I do not have more technical works for you! I am just a grand mom who fixed her sons truck !

Any update, i'm having the same issue

07 Ram here. replaced the brake pedal switch. problem solved. new switch has shorter travel on the plunger. (plunger is depressed when the brakes are NOT activated).
