I went to change manifold gasket and
noticed there where bolts broke off in the
head so I started to take the head off
myself and realized I shouldn't have cause
I didn't have right tools so I put everything

You never fixed the broken bolts? I think you have an issue with the drive-by-wire throttle. http://dashboardsymbols.com/2010/11/1128/

I had it all fixed actually replaced one head and put a set of headers with new gaskets and a ram air induction kit and took metal fan off and installed electric fan set up for more power but still want crank but will turn over

Sorry about your problems. Check out the throttle control. Maybe you left something unplugged.
