Dodge Ram 2003 with a hemi

I took my truck apart and cleaned intent and changed spark
plug wires. And now my truck will not accelerate. Could you
please give me some advice
It accelerated before I took it apart

Hello I started the truck 3 times yesterday it still wouldn't accelerate. Today I tried to start truck won't start. The computer said bar metric pressure low. Could you pplplease tell me what that means. Thanks
