Why do I have no fuel pressure in my 2001 Dodge ram 1500 4x4

I put a new fuel pump and and just had a
manerfactor pcm put in today when the dealer ship
got the pcm in the truck my truck ran but the dealer
ship said I have no fuel pressure why is that

Thanks I'm having a mechanic come out to look at it tomorrow but the dealership mechanic said that my truck needed to be removed cause it is and older truck
