My 2001 dodge ram stalls/ starts back up everytime

Throttle position sensor is my first guess. Idle air control valve controls idle and start up. Once your foot is not the pedal the TPS takes over. You hit it and it doesn't respond but butterfly let's the air in. Too much air and no fuel.

MAP sensor is my second guess. Manifold absolute pressure but would probably set a code. TPS won't always set a code.
