My 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 will not start after I changed the battery lights click on

I have a Dodge 1996 Ram one 1500 I
changed the battery and now the vehicle will
not start the lights interior click on and off
on and off the exterior lights click on and off
on and off the red light for the alarm clicks
on and off on and off I do not have an alarm
switch with Mikey but the vehicle will not
start any questions and answers that I can
get to make the truck start

1 long run on string of words is muddling the message, you need to resubmit and be specific. Use periods or commas when changing subject so I can distinguish separate problems.
