what is the proper fuel pressure @ idle for 1998 s10 2.2

Fuel pressure should be between 41-47 psi while the pump is running with key key on and engine off. When the engine is running the fuel pressure should read 31-44 psi.

im only getting 20 psi thats all and test driven and will not go over 35 and lost of power can you help
