What can cause a heater core hose to pop off spraying coolent all over?

It only does it when I have my amp on when the amplifier is disconnected its fine where should I start ive already changed the thermostat and it has plenty of coolant

Cap is good I burped my system out I'm thinking I air was causing it plus my alternater is starting to squeal have a new one ordered tho. Thanks
