I need liter size of engine? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, key on engine off. What is the reading? Some tbi system, the throttle body has internal fuel pressure bleed off, that is normal. If you have a fuel rail, there is probably a fuel pressure regulator, on those, pull the vac line off see if and gas in line, there shouldn't be any. Could have fuel injector leaking? Just my opinion.
