Acts like it's running out of gas after 1/2 tank

I have a 93 Chevy s10 4.3 5 speed. Just replaced
fuel pump and filter. When it gets to a little below
1/2 tank after you stop and start off again it act
like it's running out of gas just spits and sputters.
What else can I check?

May want to test the spider fuel injector assembly or fuel regulator, as well as EVAP system to ensure tank pressure is normal.

If the fuel tank pressure is not normal the vehicle will sputter, spit and jerk as if running out of gas. Yes, check the EVAP system as well as fuel regulator.
