no brake fluid and power steering fluid over full press brake pedal and fluid
comes out of power steering cap

Guessing you have a hydro booster. Same pump for power steering and brake booster. Check all the lines going to the pump and look for issues. Also check the pump itself, it's possible that the internal mechanism is stuck and when the brake is depressed the pressure is unable to go to the correct place
