2002 trailblazer not doing anything

I have replaced the battery and the ignition.
Dash comes on, but it won't even make a
noise. What do I do next?

Could be a few things, battery terminals not tight. Ground on tranny hump on passenger side inside the cab. Starter, or starter relay.
