What causes fuse for instrument cluster to keep blowing

Fuse for instrument cluster blows when interior lights come on

A short in the circuit is almost always to blame. Something is grounding out and blowing the fuse. If it happens when the interior light comes on, it likely a switch or wiring in the doors for the light. Electrical issues can be frustrating but you have to methodically track down the problem.
