I've been around Ford vehicles all of my life and Professionally since 1985. I wouldn't try to buy a replacement drive shaft. Look around in the phone book for someone that does driveline repair. Big-Rigs and race cars use custom drive lines. They can repair or fabricate what you need in very short order and usually for a very decent price.
