Cylinders 1/5 not getting signal from PCM

I have not spark on coil 1 and 5 on a 2005 F150
with 4.2l I  had replaced coil pack camshaft sensor
and pcm please hrlp

Did you visually check for spark at cylinders one and five? dark green wire with lite blue tracer, take loose at both ends, check for continuity, check connectors, also. If everything else is new and in working order, that wiring circuit is all I can think?
