why is my 2005 f150 running hot

I have replaced the thermostat, fan clutch, and water pump and it still is running hot. A guy at AutoZone did a test that says I have and exhaust leak. Does this mean I have a blown head gasket?

Did autozone check for codes being thrown. No idiot light does not mean there is not a code being thrown. Is there a temp sending unit attached to the area of the thermostat.
