Chiming sound staying on but stops when stop

Why would my chiming sound keep on when
I am driving but stop when I stop how can I
find problem and fix

Is there any responding warning light on the dash? My first thought it's a failing switch on one of the doors. Hence the intermittent nature.

Emergency break is pushed. We have a 2004 Silverado if the emergency break is the slightest bit applied it will chime while driving.
