Will a 1996 7.5 liter 460 fit into a 2004 F150 SuperCab

I have a 7.5 liter 460 motor with only 5K miles
on it. Was wondering if that would fit into a
2004 F150 SuperCab. The 460 motor will
have the transmission and transfer case as
well.

No and if you could make it work the truck would never pass smog inspection.

What type would the engine setup work in? Am also in a county that does not require a smog check. Thank you for the input.

It can be done, but not an easy bolt in swap. Trucks are no more that a piece of metal, remove and add where needed. The electrical will be a who different story, but possible. Long story short, you could buy a nice truck for what it would cost to do it properly and keep everything functioning correctly.
