Can I put an Expidition (2004 5.4 3v)
engine into my F150 (2004 5.4 3v)?

The motor, yes. If you are talking about the complete motor, no. You'll need to swap a few parts from the old to the new like intake, exhaust, computers, sensors, etc.

Well, im just having to replace the motor with the expedition motor, because the mechanic said the valves were cracked and he tried said he thought he was going to be able to put in a head and pistons but saw that there was more damage than he thought so he said I would have to get a replacement motor. I should be able to get the expidition motor in it and use the parts u said just from my truck?
Bottom end is direct bolt up but will bave to swap accessories brackets intake and headers as stated and all major sensors should be exchanged or replaced as well could also dry fit the engine harness on the new engine with your accessories and sensors from old engine already mounted
