Any time you work with vehicle electronics you should first disconnect your battery cables. Just something to keep in mind. After that, remove your cluster assembly and verify those two large connecters are fully seated without any bent pins. If they're okay, and the truck still won't start, have it towed to your nearest Ford dealership so they can reprogram your keys to the cluster assembly. Possibly some static electricity could have wiped out the programming. Now, you need to have two previously programmed keys for the truck for them to reprogram everything. If not, expect to pay Ford a hefty price to cut/program new keys for you. Congrats on the new truck though, hope everything goes ok for you.
