Squeak noise when I shut OFF the engine

When I turn the key off - At the last milisecond I hear a squeak noise!!

Check the belt, idler(s) and tensioner. Pull the belt off and briefly run the engine, if the squeak disappears then the squeak is cause by one of the accessories that the belt turns. Don't run it without a belt for more than a minute or it will overheat.
